Engr. Queen Oluchi Duruibe has emerged as the candidate of the Nigeria Democratic Congress (NDC) for the House of Representatives seat representing Okigwe South Federal Constituency, comprising Ehime Mbano, Ihitte-Uboma, and Obowo Local Government Areas.
