It is very evident that his birthday celebrations usually register his presence in the consciousness of his fans, compatriots.
Penultimate weeks prior to this date, many had looked forward to seeing our CEO put up another usual elaborate party but that did not come. His close associates spoke silently that few huge personal life lessons and bitter experiences in his life in the past 5 years caused that paradigm shift. But typical of a man, a jolly good fellow who loves to spring surprises. He has completely towed a proactive different lifestyle and path that shook many.
Our CEO and Arondizuogu Okigwe LGA born entrepreneur, leader, Employer of labour, industrialist and humanitarian shunned all appeals by staff of Double Shillings Group for an elaborate party and opted to just remember his late parents whose memorials fell on June 6th and June 29th 2026. To him, he said “*It is true that my birthday fell on Tuesday, 30th of June 2026 but am very sadly pained by the harsh economic situation, the hardship faced by parents hence my option to mark my 2026 birthday in a low key as a way of truly empathising with the suffering masses”
*The dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer and Group Managing Director of Double Shillings Industries Nigeria limited* no doubt is an unassuming ambitious bussiness tycoon who from the very day he joined the automotive industry decided to distinguish himself and his Group creditably through passion,integrity, commitment, dedication, can do spirit, dint of hardwork, personal conviction to succeed, visionary leadership and doggedness. As Dr. Aniche’s self effacing personality does not allow for roll out of drums of celebration of himself at this time, more so as his ever busy schedules would hardly allow him any leeway of such, we his staff at *DOUBLE SHILLINGS GROUP* duly respect his privacy though we our equally subdued celebration of what should have been a big party becuase there are so many things to celebrate about the eventful life of this great man whose footprints have touched on many significant floors of Okigwe Zone, Ideato Nation, Arondizuogu, Imo state and Nigeria just as his breath of philanthrophy has blown so many away.
Nke Nke Enyi Izuogu gburu gburu 1-12 has proven that wealth without public face is useless and worthless and that is why he has continually continued to diversify into untapped areas that will bring about service and meaning to ordinary Nigerians. This is in tandem with the recent commissioning of Double Shillings recycling plant where dilapidated, abandoned, burnt, unserviceable vehicles and trucks are bought from owners and recycled enhancing the beauty of our immediate environments .
Nke Nke Enyi Izuogu is not a man that complacently sits down, enjoy his wealth and watch things happen in the way he believes they could be improved. That is why he is not in politics but become involved in social services, humanity and philanthrophy as a way of becoming part and parcel of bringing about real change in the life and circumstances of people.
Dr Aniche who spoke to a student union body who came on a courtesy visit told the students that he is not content with the disbursement of Naira but believes more in building up people that would enable them be fishermen themselves and not fish eaters. He has enormous consideration and love for the youth and has remained all time role model for youths. He puts the youth first when he wants to make new investments to create opportunities, livelihoods, and meaning to the youths and the downtrodden, the less privileged, the poor and the needy because he believes that with the right encouragement, our youths can perform better than he has done.
Dr Ikenna Chiedozie Aniche popularly known and addressed by his prestigious traditional title Nke Nke Enyi Izuogu na iheme Gburu Gburu 1-12 is a contented man.
Our prayers for Our CEO/GMD Dr Aniche is that God should find him a smart and amiable life anchor. There are so many more glorious things to say about the life and achievements of our Chiarman Nke Nke Enyi Izuogu gburu gburu 1-12 that if we try to say it all. All the pages of every local tabloid in imo state might not be enough but suffice it for us to use this singular approved medium to extend our heartfelt and fervent wishes to Dr Ikenna Chiedozie Aniche and to thank God for his years on earth.
