Staff of the office of the Deputy Governor of Imo State, has poured encomiums on Mr. Uzoma Obasi, Chief Transport Officer of the office,as he bagged a meritorious ‘Star Father’ award from the Catholic Men’s Organization,(CMO),of St. Eunans Catholic Parish, Owalla, in Ikeduru Local Government Area of Imo State.
Presenting the award he(Obasi) received from the Mother Church to the acting Principal Secretary of the office Mr. John Njoku, during the weekly staff prayer meeting held at the conference hall office of the Deputy Governor, on Wednesday.
Mr. Njoku expressed overwhelming happiness with the awardee, stressing that there is nothing more fulfilling than been celebrated because of your contribution to the church and to humanity, as he described Obasi as one of the dedicated staff in the office.
The Principal Secretary Office of the Deputy Governor, however urged Mr. Obasi to keep living those exemplary lifestyle that earned him the ‘Star Father’ award.
Mr. Obasi while thanking the staff of the office for celebrating with him opined that he will continue to uphold those true christian virtues
