On September 14, 2023 Ikoro Okigwe (Nigeria) Limited was incorporated under the companies allied matters act of 2020 engaged in the business of publishing Newspaper, Magazine and periodicals. It was established to educate, inform, develop the society and entertain Nigerians and world at large. On September 14, 2023, the media company made its debut with a weekly Newspaper publication with a banner led story Okigwe South Rep Seat: Why Tribunal Sacked PDP, declares APC Winner.
